The SINGING HIMS  

The Singing Hims are started in 1976 and are beginning their 31st year of music ministry singing praise to God. The membership begin with the men from Wyoming, Michigan churches and has since included men from more than a dozen area churches. Many have been with the group since its beginning including their director, Jack Ponstine. Jack and his wife, Kris, the pianist, have directed and led the Singing Hims in church worship services, and brought the "Good News of Jesus Christ" to those in jails, hospitals, nursing homes, missions for the homeless and campgrounds throughout West Michigan. We hope and pray that through our ministry, Christians will be edified and that people will come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.
